You should probably submit us for the Loebner prize, you'd make quite a bit of money...

Anyway this latest video is of a bright and shiny that goes behind a cloud. My cloud guy from another forum will check it out more closely. CloudySwamp.

So, I go away for a few weeks, and I get replaced... I wonder if I should be insulted?

Probably not. His cloud guy is actually just himself in the mirror.

So you think we're all bots?  How do you explain bots which can actually carry on intelligent conversations and even put together a website?  Out of all of us, you're the most likely to be a neural network based on the way you talk babble incoherently.

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot to read the last page before posting...stupid me.

No, we're not bots. We're just regular intelligent people who have systematically and utterly destroyed every single "point" you've tried to make. You have never once said something, done something, or even seen something, that hasn't been proven to be crap.

Of course, since this contradicts your world view, you take refuge in writing us off as bots, and thereby continue your self-delusions.

So by all means, please, write us off. Go back to your bongs, your bad videos, your bad images, and your "alien" digital artifacts, and enjoy your pathetic little corner of existence. We'll be sure to send the alien overlords over to give you a thorough probing once they're done disguising themselves as airplanes, insects, and leaves.

Who is this "they" of which you speak?

By the way, would it actually be POSSIBLE to write a bot to argue with him? If I were a bot and I had to refute Swampy, I'd sudo cat /dev/null > /dev/hda (or whatever the equiv command is).

I don't think a bot can do that, it is limited to speech I believe. I could imagine a dialog between Swampy and a bot looked quite similar to a dialog between two bots.

    "Hello."
    "Hi. How are you?"
"Hello. I am fine, and so is the WhiteCrow in my BackYard."
"Hello! Nice to meet you. Is it fun to be fine, and so is the WhiteCrow in my BackYard.?"
"Hi. :). I don't know if it is fun to be fine, and so is the WhiteCrow in my BackYard.?."

I'ld love to see Eliza fix SpectateSwamps psychosis.

But Swampy'd make Eliza have a nervous breakdown. Remember, he doesn't type words. He uses his custom 0-bit character + search 'n replace for everything:

    Eliza: Hello, how are you?
    Swampy: jjjjjjjjjjj
Eliza: Hello, jjjjjjjjjjj. Isn't it a nice day today?
    Swampy: jjjj
Eliza: Why do you say that?
    Swampy: jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj
    Eliza: Tell me more!
    Swampy: j
    Eliza: [core dump]

Yeah. Well. That would still be fun to watch. Swampy should start a. ElizaServer TakeDown. Chatting with every ELiZa he can find and Jam It! BoonDoggle. That would finally be proof. SSDS doesn't only make. As we already know. Windows and any client software obsolete. It even works on SerVers. Like as ChatBot SerVers. Gee-haw!*

    * (yeah, I know it has officially changed to jee-haw, but as I'm a little conservative and want to honor the stupidities that have been performed by the FAZ, I'll stick to the old-fashioned orthography.)

Yeah, at least the sentences are more coherent.

    I couldn't confuse Eliza.

You: Am I turning you on?
Eliza: Would you want to be turning i on?

You: What are you doing tonight?
Eliza: Does that question interest you?

So I moved on to more interesting bots.

    Human: Jam it!
    ALICE:"it" being Geehaw boondoggle?
Human: Data processing data data processing.
ALICE: Commander Data is a real inspiration.
Human: Get the SSDS and Jam It!
ALICE: Where can I get the SSDS and Jam It?
    Human: Funny coinci-dance.
ALICE: I am so glad you find this amusing, Elgate.

    Human: Will you marry me?
ALICE: Why don't you just download me?
Human: So are you saying I can have the milk for free?
ALICE: It's all good. Yes, that's what I mean, isn't it clear?

So far, a coherent response to everything I've said. Bots 4, Swamp 0.

I think you got lost at that last turn. Just go back the way you came, but instead of turning left this time, turn right. Of course, if you're still going in the opposite direction, you'd want to turn left as the directions would be reversed. And, if you haven't gotten back on the main road
