    Abuse hilarity

I just was thinking the other day about all the abuse seen all over the place, the mis-use of protocols, the abuse/overuse of file formats, etc.

It spiked my curiousity as to what kind of amusing abuses are witnessed by people here? (post as many as you can recall)

    Yeah I got one:

People keep posting irrelevant topics into the sidebar that usually express their opinions or nothing at all, really, when it would be more appropriate for any of the other forums.

The responses you've gotten so far have been somewhat abusive too.

I came here for an argument, not abuse.

I did freelance work for a guy who would only send screenshots using PowerPoint slide shows, and only send lists of bug fixes using Excel spreadsheets.

Wait, do you mean descriptions of the fixes, or the actual patch texts?  The latter would be a WTF, the former not so much.

    CAPTCHA abuse

    Some unwitty response.

CAPTCHA: notfunny -- Yeah, like this post (but not the others, why can't mine be funny like yours?)

    Re: Abuse hilarity

I hate those people. My boss sent a jpg to someone and they sent it back asking if it could be put into a Word document. I've never wanted the ability to do terrible things to people over the internet more than I did that day.
